With Angenieux 40x and 26x series, you could read a vehicle number plate and recognize human face at 1.5 km (4900 feet), and you could view human activities at 18km (60 000feet)

Description

Originally designed for use on ships, armoured vehicles, aircraft and helicopters, the 10x serie zoom lenses has a sturdy construction. The focal length, iris and focusing mechanism allow it to be highly adaptable when used for surveillance, acquisition and tracking cameras.
