According to the ISO 9001 quality certification, operating procedures in each step of Thales Angenieux’s service process is strictly controlled. The operating procedures provide each lens with an identification number allowing traceability and classification of each event in the lens life. Our customers can follow the repair steps of their lens on the Angenieux website through a direct access to customer service.
Customer trainings
Thales Angenieux offers unique and personalized training to its partners. Training takes place at the factory in Saint-Héand.
